Pickup & Collection

Yes. We provide efficient, secure pickup services across Singapore for businesses and institutions.
We require your location, a brief list of equipment, access instructions, preferred date/time, and an on-site contact.
For corporate pickups, a minimum volume or value applies. Smaller quantities may be accepted through drop-off or partner logistics.

Data Security & Destruction

We use industry-approved methods including NIST-based software sanitisation, cryptographic erasure, and physical drive destruction.

Yes. Each sanitised or destroyed device is issued a certificate with its unique identifier.

Yes. On-site erasure and physical shredding are available for industries requiring enhanced data control.
We sanitise HDDs, SSDs, NVMe drives, servers, laptops, RAID arrays, network appliances, and other data-bearing equipment.

Recycling & Sustainability

Non-reusable assets are processed through certified recycling partners following Singapore’s environmental guidelines.
Yes. We offer reuse/recycle breakdowns, carbon reduction estimates, and detailed environmental reporting.
Yes. Our partners follow recognised recycling and material recovery standards while ensuring safe handling of e-waste.

Valuation, Buyback & Payment

Valuation depends on the age, condition, specifications, market demand, and refurbishability of each device.

Yes. Eligible laptops, servers, networking gear, and bulk IT equipment qualify for buyback or revenue-sharing options.

Payment is made after testing and grading, along with a complete settlement report.

Reporting, Compliance & Documentation

We offer inventory reports, grading summaries, data destruction certificates, recycling documentation, and project close-out reports.
